Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to wait until retirement or have millions of dollars in assets to start an estate plan. Myths like these are the reason ⅔ of U.S. households don’t have an estate strategy despite agreeing that having one is extremely important.
Estate planning seems to be a lot like eating our vegetables or working out. We know we should and we know we will feel so much better once we do, but sometimes, it’s just hard to get started!
A complete estate plan protects you right now and after your passing. Plus, it ensures the people you love will get what they need for a successful future while avoiding legal battles.
I first became fascinated by the complexities of tax law during an internship at the NCAA’s legislative affairs office in DC. This led me to sign up for Marty Ginsburg’s tax class (Yes, Justice Ginsburg’s husband!). His enthusiasm for the subject matter quickly turned that fascination into a full-blown love affair and I haven’t looked back since.
With over 20 years of experience in estate planning (and having a family of my own), I understand how overwhelming estate planning can feel. After all, most people don’t think of death and dying and wills and trusts as polite dinner conversation starters.
I’ll help create a comfortable environment for you and your loved ones to engage with some of life’s most challenging topics so you can make some of life’s most important decisions.
By getting to know your family, your legacy wishes, and your concerns, I tailor the estate planning experience to you. My promise is that after our time together, you’ll feel empowered by the progress you’re making and confident in your estate's future.

My wife and I had put off doing any estate planning for a long time. In fact, it was the only open item in our financial plan. Part of the issue was that my wife and I were being a bit irrational and just wanted to avoid the topic. Jenn made the process easy and painless, and a little fun. My wife, Jenn, and I laughed our way through the process.
Jenn's pre-first meeting checklist and final meeting "flowchart" made us feel extremely comfortable that everything that was supposed to be covered was and that we understood all the contingencies.
